Overview
BRAVE TV is a global OTT streaming platform delivering live MMA events, VOD content, and fan engagement features to users worldwide. The platform supports high-traffic live events, strict latency requirements, and monetization through subscriptions and pay-per-view.
Problem
- •Rapid growth of BRAVE CF events created scalability and reliability challenges
- •Live events required ultra-low latency and high availability
- •Legacy Waterfall methodology caused 3-6 month release cycles, preventing rapid iteration
