A comprehensive business intelligence platform built to provide board members and executives with real-time insights into platform performance, user behavior, content engagement, and revenue metrics. The dashboard consolidates data from multiple sources into actionable visualizations for strategic decision-making.

Problem

  • Board members and executives lacked real-time visibility into business performance
  • Data was siloed across multiple tools (Google Analytics, AWS CloudWatch, internal databases)
  • Strategic decisions were made based on outdated monthly reports
  • No unified view of key performance indicators (KPIs) across web, mobile, and OTT platforms
  • Technical metrics were not translated into business language for non-technical stakeholders

Approach

  • Designed executive-focused dashboards in Looker Studio with intuitive visualizations
  • Integrated Google Analytics 4 for user behavior tracking, funnel analysis, and conversion metrics
  • Connected Google Search Console for SEO performance, organic traffic insights, and keyword rankings
  • Built custom data connectors to pull metrics from internal APIs, AWS CloudWatch, and subscription databases
