A comprehensive business intelligence platform built to provide board members and executives with real-time insights into platform performance, user behavior, content engagement, and revenue metrics. The dashboard consolidates data from multiple sources into actionable visualizations for strategic decision-making.
Problem
- •Board members and executives lacked real-time visibility into business performance
- •Data was siloed across multiple tools (Google Analytics, AWS CloudWatch, internal databases)
