Overview

TowSwift is a digital roadside assistance platform designed to connect drivers with service providers efficiently, solving real-world mobility and emergency response challenges.

Problem

  • Traditional roadside assistance services were slow, fragmented, and manual
  • Lack of real-time visibility for users and service providers
  • No centralized platform for managing requests, dispatching, and tracking
  • Poor user experience during high-stress emergency situations
