Overview
TowSwift is a digital roadside assistance platform designed to connect drivers with service providers efficiently, solving real-world mobility and emergency response challenges.
Problem
- •Traditional roadside assistance services were slow, fragmented, and manual
- •Lack of real-time visibility for users and service providers
- •No centralized platform for managing requests, dispatching, and tracking
- •Poor user experience during high-stress emergency situations
